I often uncover this in ~ the bottom of pages.

Page produced in 0.00013899803161621

Sometimes, i come across

Page created in 9.0122222900391E-5

What does the time mean?

I tried looking Wikipedia because that E and bsci-ch.orgs but found the e bsci-ch.orgematical constant. Mine guess is E was standing for Exponential and -5 is the strength it is raised to. And also the presented time is a really little number. But that doesn"t make sense when compared to the various other time in the question. 0.00013899803161621 is bigger 보다 9.0122222900391E-5.

It means $9.0122222900391\times 10^-5$. This is known as "scientific notation".

I have constantly taken the E or e to median "exponent of 10." This construction parses in all modern computing languages together an IEEE754 dual or single precision number.
