SA node > AV node > AV bundle (bundle of HIS) >Bundle branches > Purkinje fibers.

You are watching: The correct sequence of parts that carry cardiac impulses is

The sinoatrial (SA) node, locatedin the right atrium, produces an electricimpulse by contraction. This impulse travelsto the atrioventricular (AV) node, located at the partition of the atria. There is a tenth of a second delay in the impulseas the AV node contracts and sends the impulse throughthe bundle"s branches to the ventricles. The bundlebranches further divide into Purkinje fibersin the ventricle walls. When the impulse reachesthe Purkinje fibers, they make the ventricles walls to contract.

Enolase is an enzyme that catalyzes one reaction in glycolysis in all organisms that carry out this process. The amino acid sequ

bsci-ch.org:

Explanation:

a) Ph that is below or above the optimal range will result in enzyme activity loss. if the pH changes above or below optimum range affects the charges that is present on the amino acid molecules. Amino acids presrnt in the active site of enzymes that attracted each other may no longer continue to be attracted. Again, the shape of the active site of the enzyme changes due to the substrate binding will be affected. conclusively, we can say that the enzymes are denatured.

b) researchers are most likely to use a negative control when measuring the rate of reaction in the presence of each organisms. enolase is controlled with no enzyme.

c) c) Since the C.aurantiacus grows best at 550C , we can say that the enzymes that they produce must be at this temperature and so they must be sensitive to this temperature ; hence they would show more activity at 550C temperature.

What are the advantages of being a respiratory parasite (the tongue worms) over one in the digestive system (if any)?
Nata <24>

bsci-ch.org:

Explanation:

The parasites living at the respiratory system or tongue worms will hide under the soft tissues of the oral cavity, beneath the tongue and even beneath the throat or esophagus. These worms remain undetected during diagnosis. These worms are not subjected to the treatment of acids which worms in the digestive system are exposed to. Thus these worm parasites in the respiratory system or tongue survive comparatively for long as compared to the worms in the digestive system.
